1. Delivery Policy

1.1. Delivery in Turkey

Onair is responsible to deliver the products to the consumer. Please check the product during the delivery of the cargo, if there is any damage in the product or in the products box, please make sure that the cargo official keeps a record of the damage. In this case product will be changed by us. If the cargo official leaves the delivery area, we are not responsible for the product damage.
If customer arranges the courier company, it will be deemed delivered to the customer when the order is handed over to the courier company.

1.2. Delivery to rest of the world

Shipment date, estimated delivery date, couriers and shipping price are displayed on the checkout page. If you select a courier with shipping price calculated, shipiing price added to the invoice. After completing the payment, your order will be shipped latest at the shipment date. All required documents to track the shipment will be delivered to you by email.
You are responsible for any customs, duties fees, or tariffs in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.

2. Refund Policy

Onair is always protecting consumer rights and aims higher level of consumer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction, regarding production and service problems you may experience with your purchased products are fastly evaluated and resolved in the shortest possible time.
You may return your order at any cost if the product packages are not opened and returned to our company within 14 business days.
Return must be made with original box and packaging.
Products that have lost their resaleability are not accepted if the original box / packaging is damaged (eg, items with a cargo label affixed on the original box and those with a cargo parcel band are not accepted).
You are required to send a the invoice with all copies also include your refund reason, together with the product you wish to return.
If the products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is paid by our company. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.

2.1. Instructions for returning defective products

Send us an email to and include your reason for returning along with a photo.
Wait for an return authorization number (RA#) from us. We will review your email and send you an RA# along with instructions.
Once you have followed the return instructions and are ready to send it back we will require you to ship the product back to us inside a shipping box and be sure to write your RA# on the outside of the box.  We cannot accept returns without an RA# number.
When we receive your return we will email you to let you know.
