1. Delivery Policy

1.1. Delivery in Turkey

Onair is responsible for the product delivery to it's consumers. Our products are sealed with our official seal if it's broken please notify the cargo company and make sure that the cargo official keeps a record of the damage. Please don't accept any broken seal cargo. And if there is any damage to the product or in the product's box also please make sure that the cargo official keeps a record of the damage. In this case we will resend a new product to you. If the cargo official leaves the delivery area,unfortunately we will not be held accontable.

1.2. Delivery to rest of the world

Shipment date, estimated delivery date, couriers and shipping price are displayed on the checkout page. If you select a courier with shipping price calculated, shipping price will be added to the invoice. After completing the payment, we will start working on the shipping arrangements of your order . All required documents to track the shipment will be delivered to your email.

The customer is  responsible for any customs, duties fees, or tariffs in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.

2. Refund Policy

ONAIR aims at giving the best servis to it's customers. If the customer is not satisfied with the servis rendered or the quality of the product and experience any problem with the order,we fastly evaluated the problem and resolve  it in the shortest  time possible

If you want to return the purchased product ,it should be in  the company's original box and packaging,it should contain copies of all invoices ,a written statement stating the return of the product. and the duration should be within 14 working days. If the above mentioned criteria aren't met ,unfortunately we will not be held accountable.

If the products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is paid by our company. In other cases, the shipping fee is yours.

2.1. Instructions for returning defective products

Login to your account and go to the Returns page. You will need to complete all fields and submit.

Wait for a return authorization number (RMA#) from us. We may require additional information from you. We will review your email and send you the RMA# along with instructions.
Once you have followed the return instructions  we will require you to ship the product back to us inside a seperate box and be sure to awrite your RMA# on the outside of the box.  We wiil not accept any  return that doesn't have the RMA# number.

We will let you know when we receive the returned package.
